Returns & Refunds
We always want our customers to love their personalized items and accessories. If you’re not satisfied with your weekender bags or custom clothes, you can return blank/non-personalized items within 5 days of their delivery. All items must be returned in new condition with their original tags and packaging. We will provide replacement items when we make a mistake.
