What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in creating custom embroidered and printed clothing and accessories, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, bags, and more. We have options for men, women, and children in a variety of styles and colors.

Can I see a proof of my custom design before ordering?

Yes! When you create a personalized product, you will be able to preview your design on the item before adding it to your cart. This allows you to make sure you're happy with the layout, fonts, and colors prior to finalizing your order.

What is the minimum order quantity for personalized items?

We do not require a minimum order quantity for most customized products. 

Custom logo orders may require 5+ items. For these custom orders, contact us for more information.

I have a logo I want to use on my custom clothing. Can you accommodate that?

Absolutely. When customizing an item, you can easily upload your own artwork or logo. We accept the most common file types, including JPG, PNG, and EPS. If you need assistance with a file type, please reach out to our customer service team and thegirls@ardenandgold.com.

You will need to contact us for specifications on logo size, Pantone colors, placement, and garments.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Arden & Gold is easy. Simply browse our collection of products, customize your item using our design tool, and add it to your cart. When you're ready to check out, you'll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal for your convenience.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer electronic gift cards in any dollar amount you choose. These can be redeemed on our website during the checkout process. Gift cards do not expire and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is depleted.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard production time for personalized orders is 5-10 business days. This is the time required to customize and carefully inspect your items before shipment. Shipping transit times will vary depending on the carrier selected and your location, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our facility.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer a variety of expedited shipping options at checkout, including Two-Day and Next-Day Air. If you are working with a tight deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can ensure your items will arrive on time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only to locations within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. If you are located outside of the US, contact us and we'll work with you to find the best solution for receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is an error on our part.

I received a defective/incorrect item. What should I do?

In the rare instance of a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
