What is your current processing time?

Our current processing time is 5-10 business days, plus transit. If you need an item sooner, we would recommend you purchasing a RUSH. All RUSH requests must be approved to make sure stock is available to rush, please email thegirls@ardenandgold.com for questions regarding RUSH orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

There is a 7 day return policy on unworn and unpersonalized items, these can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs). All personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, these are final sale. 

My item came in damaged or with a wrong monogram, what should I do?

If your item came in damaged or with the wrong monogram, please take a photo and send us an email at thegirls@ardenandgold.com. Please note, all damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt (based on tracking number delivery).
