FAQ and Monogram Etiquette

Initial format and Monogram format:

Monogram format will be used on all orders EXCEPT with those using a font in which all letters are the same size. Initial order fonts include:

  • Font 5
  • Font 14
  • Font 18
  • Arial (small font sheet)
  • Arden (small font sheet)

If you would like these in a different order than specified, please make sure to note that on your order. 

What is your current processing time?

Our current processing time is 5-10 business days, plus transit. If you need an item sooner, we would recommend you purchasing a RUSH. All RUSH requests must be approved to make sure stock is available to rush. Please email thegirls@ardenandgold.com for questions regarding RUSH orders. Please note that we are currently experiencing a 1-2 additional delay due to COVID-19 and government mandated workplace restrictions.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been placed within the last 24 hours, we do accept cancellations. After the 24 hour period, orders can be canceled and refunded, less a 15% restocking fee. If your order has already been completed and in queue to ship, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us via email to check if your order can be cancelled.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

There is a 7 day return policy on unworn and unpersonalized items; these can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs). All personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned; these are final sale. 

My item came in damaged or with a wrong monogram, what should I do?

If your item came in damaged or with the wrong monogram, please take a photo and send us an email at thegirls@ardenandgold.com. Please note, all damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt (based on tracking number delivery).
