Our Policy for Returns & Refunds

Delivering the correct customization is extremely important to us. Which is why we are glad to offer replacements for any incorrectly customized items, within five days from the date of delivery. 

While we offer refunds for any non-customized items, we cannot do the same for items that have been personalized. Please note that refunds on blank items are made after deducting the amount for return shipping. For more information, please visit our returns and refunds page.
