Refund Policy

All sales are final due to customization of product. Only blank/non-personalized items may be returned (within 5 days of delivery). Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives. We cannot accept returns on any used items and items must be returned in new condition, with all original tags and packaging (dust bags, etc.).

Replacement items will be provided when the error is made by Arden & Gold. A photo will be requested of the item that has an error. Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives because we cannot replace items beyond the 5 days of delivery timeline.

Only replacements will be provided; we cannot issue a refund unless the item cannot be replaced (Ex. If the item is no longer available or has been discontinued). Please note, that when we replace an item, we will replace with the EXACT specifications as originally purchased. We cannot change a font style or thread color. Nor can we change a size/color of the item when replacing.

Depending on a case by case basis, we may ask that the damaged/incorrect item be returned. If so, we will provide you with a shipping label. Once in transit, the replacement will be shipped.

Any errors or damaged product must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date (per tracking information) for replacement options.
