All sales are final due to customization of product. Only blank/non-personalized items may be returned (within 5 days of delivery). Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives. We cannot accept returns on any used items and items must be returned in new condition, with all original tags and packaging (dust bags, etc.).If a non-personalized item is returned in used condition (animal hair, deodorant stains, missing or detached tags, perfumes or other smells, etc.), the return will not be accepted, and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
Replacement items will be provided when the error is made by Arden & Gold. A photo will be requested of the item that has an error. Please CAREFULLY INSPECT your item as soon as it arrives because we cannot replace items beyond the 5 days of delivery timeline.

If an item is returned back to us by USPS for insufficient address, or incorrect address the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping to re-ship the item.
